I spent 8 years watching various projects being busy, doing ‘good practice’ but still going late, over-running, under-performing and causing a lot of people to be more stressed than they needed to be.

I could see the fundamentals weren’t in place, from small IT projects, to major government projects.

Two years ago

I started Confluity to fix the problem.

To make it easy to apply the foundations for project success, I call these Success Factors.
